User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensure you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Acceptable Use Policy

Payment Terms & Billing
Some features of our Services require payment. By subscribing to paid services, you agree to:
- Pay all fees in advance for the billing period
- Provide accurate billing and payment information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
- Pay any applicable taxes on your purchases
- Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Accept that we may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
Service Availability & Support
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
- Suspend services for security or technical reasons

- Provide support during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM GMT)
- Offer different support levels based on your subscription tier

Limitation of Liability

- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party actions or content
- Security breaches or unauthorized access
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutomationAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:
- By You: Cancel your account through our platform or contact support
- By Us: With 30 days' notice or immediately for Terms violations
- Effect: Upon termination, your access to Services will cease
- Data: We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
